Cloud Atlas
by David Mitchell
Everybody admired the skill and variety of this unusual and dazzling novel.
Of the six different elements of the book some were appreciated more than others by the members of the group.
Some found the language of the Pacific Journal daunting while to others it was the best part of the book.
Not everybody appreciated the two science fiction elements.
Nonetheless everyone enjoyed the book which was brimful of interesting and stimulating ideas with ultimately a positive and hopeful conclusion.
