Nibble nibble munch munch, what's for lunch?

verboten, except high days and holidays.
Salads

This is just a great party salad. No known history except that it goes to every party.

We always need some green salad.
Sides
Breadbuns - Einkorn flour and Spelt flour. (Peter and John / Ann)
Einkorn was first domesticated about 7,500 BC in Turkey.
Spelt was cultivated in Europe from 5000BC to medieval times, and is thought to be the bread that Roman soldiers ate.
Condiments
Red tomato chutney. (Richard)
This is the gold standard Red Tomato Chutney.
Za'atar, Zaytoun Fairtrade Olive Oil, Balsamic vinegar, Riverford Pear and Ginger Chutney, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce
