While researching genealogical records or my maternal grandparents, I was directed to your site. On your site, I looked at my grandmother and grandfather's marriage license from Chicago, Illinois, in 1919. While I can easily see the confusion that a handwritten marriage license could lead to, I have to tell you that my grandparents' last name was Quinlisk, not Crimlisk. Thomas Francis Quinlisk married Elizabeth Barbara Theobald in 1919. My mother, Jane Frances Quinlisk, was born in 1928. Sadly, she never really knew her father as he died in July of 1929.
