1941: 5th December 1941: Ervald Leslie Crimlisk was discharged. 1

Service Record

2000: 1st November, 2000: Ervald Leslie Crimlisk died, his funeral service was conducted at the Wornora Cemetery and Crematorium.2

NB. It is likely that John James Crimlisk is a brother to Ervald Leslie Crimlisk and that Alice Crimlisk, quoted as "Next of Kin", is their mother.
