April 2017 - Training Day

The story club met for a full day of education, inspiration and encouragement at the Annex, part of the Community Enterprise Centre, in Hull.

'There were 14 participants who spent a lively and interesting day delving into storytelling. We learnt several techniques focussing on a particular traditional tale ‘The Baker's Daughter’ until we had fourteen very different tales to tell. Everyone was so enthusiastic we have arranged an extra storytelling evening on Friday April 21st so we can all practice what we learnt.’
